what is the warranty process included with my pc?
All Southwest Systems builds are constructed using brand-new, retail-grade components covered under their respective manufacturer’s limited hardware warranties. In the event of a component defect or failure during normal use, Southwest Systems will fully manage and facilitate the RMA process with the manufacturer on your behalf at no additional labor cost.
By purchasing a system, you agree to our comprehensive Terms of Service. To protect against component fraud and tampering, the unique serial numbers of all internal hardware are comprehensively logged prior to delivery. Under our terms, any unauthorized physical tampering, component substitution, or internal hardware removal will render the system completely ineligible for Southwest Systems diagnostic support and RMA facilitation. Please note that due to the specialized nature of custom assembly, all sales are strictly final.
